Maximum guests: The maximum number of guests recommended in the loft is 48 people bowling and will take 2 hours for One game.
Deposit required: $500 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is taken off the balance owed
Payment methods: Cash, credit card, eftpos and invoice. Individual payment is not available for this type of package. We are an R18 Venue after 9pm. If you have anyone under 18 your event must finish by 9pm. Unless prior arrangement with centre management.
Bar service: We have a wide range of local and international beers, wines and spirits. Drinks in the High Rollers Lounge can either be served and charged to the Event tab, guests can purchase with Eftpos or you can purchase Drink tokens which are Valid for One drink to the Value of $12 in the High Rollers Lounge.
Antipasto Boards on arrival: Included in the High Rollers package is One Antipasto board per table, this will be served on arrival. We can offer a Vegetarian option for the Antipasto as well. Once we get Confirmation of Numbers we can pre order these.
Catering add on: $20pp includes One platter per five people, $25pp includes One platter + 1 Pizzas per five people.
This must be pre ordered at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you do not require a catering Add on you can order a selection of food items from our menu as long as it is pre ordered.
Catering allocation: For every 5 people you will get to pick 1 large platter and or 1 pizzas from our menu. If you have an extra 3-4 people you will get an additional half sized platter and pizza (i.e 23 people would be 4 and 1/2 platters plus 9 pizzas)
Confirmation of catering numbers: Your final catering numbers and selections must be provided 48 hours prior to your function. If your numbers decrease within 48 hours of your booking they will be charged at $20 per person to cover the catering costs.
Cancellation policy: To retain your deposit we require 7 days notice in writing when cancelling or rescheduling your booking.
